Simply incredible! This was a gift to my best friend and she almost broke down in tears because of how beautiful it was! The artist captured exactly how her kitty cat looks like on the picture I sent, even to the finest detail! If you have a loved one with a pet, this is a MUST GET gift for them! I almost cried watching her open her gift, and revealing the beautifully painted and framed picture of her cat. Simply the best!!!
My overall rating reflects the quality of the item based upon expectations and clarity of the item description. In the description you see “hand painted” multiple times, even “100% hand painted.” However, what I received was NOT a watercolor hand painted directly on the paper. I see now where the deceptive item description creates the illusion of “100% hand painted”, but buried in the description are the words “printed” on high quality paper using “inks” to “reflect” watercolor style painting. Shame on me for not picking this up as I feel for the price, my intended gift to the recipient is not worthy of gifting because it isn't truly a hand painted direct to paper watercolor painting. This is a DIGITALLY “hand painted” ink-printed version of the proof that was sent to me. Very disappointed!
I could not be more pleased with the painting I received for my girlfriend whom had her cat pass away. The painting reflected the pictures perfect and I was very surprised by the quality. Having her cat (Lulu) painted by hand was so much more sentimental than AI or a screen print edited version of a picture. Pricing was fair, shipping was as stated, I hope I don't have to use this service anytime soon, but if I do, I know where to go!
