What's your turnaround time?

Our normal artwork creation time is 5-7 days (usually faster). We also have 2-day priority processing option if you are in a rush.

Shipping time:

Within U.S: 3-6 days
International: 6-18 days

In average, our customers receive their order about 10-14 days after submitting photos.

NOT HAND PAINTED! You will receive a print of a water color image, not an actual hand painted picture as it is advertised and priced at . I have included a picture of my print with text printed at the bottom to show it is a printed image and not hand painted. This is something an iPhone app can quickly produce for free.
The seller responded to my concern by saying it is a printed image that was scanned from an actual watercolor painting but refused to send me the original and blamed it on artist living over seas and the shipping costs. Please save your money and spend it on a seller that will actually provide a hand painted picture!
