What's your turnaround time?

Our normal artwork creation time is 5-7 days (usually faster). We also have 2-day priority processing option if you are in a rush.

Shipping time:

Within U.S: 3-6 days
International: 6-18 days

In average, our customers receive their order about 10-14 days after submitting photos.

If you need your order arrived before certain date, don't hesitate to contact us. We'll do our best to deliver your order on time for your special occasions.

What's art print?

At Riverry Studio, all of our pieces are hand-painted by our team of talented watercolor artists around the world.

Yes, we can combine multiple photos into one painting. If you have separate photos of people/pets and the house we can paint them together.

Yes, once the artwork is ready we'll email you the proof.
