What's your turnaround time?

Our normal artwork creation time is 5-7 days (usually faster). We also have 2-day priority processing option if you are in a rush.

Shipping time:

Within U.S: 3-6 days
International: 6-18 days

In average, our customers receive their order about 10-14 days after submitting photos.

If you need your order arrived before certain date, don't hesitate to contact us. We'll do our best to deliver your order on time for your special occasions.

What's art print?

At Riverry Studio, all of our pieces are hand-painted by our team of talented watercolor artists around the world.

Each hand-painted piece gets professionally photo scanned for fine-art reproduction with thick textured watercolor paper and archival inks that last for a lifetime.

Your watercolor print will reflect true watercolor quality, soft brush strokes and beautiful color nuances to portray you special memories forever.

Can I inquire a custom order?

Yes, we are always welcome to work with you on any special watercolor project.

Yes, we can combine multiple photos into one painting.

In most cases, we are able to naturally merge photos.

Will I preview my artwork before shipping?

Yes, once the artwork is ready we'll email you the proof.

From there you can request revisions or approve the artwork for fulfillment.
